Joy-See Gotfredson

She was born in 1934 in Detroit, Michigan the youngest of five children and raised strict Catholic. She moved to San Diego in 1977where she raised her three children. They all live here along with four granddaughters. Joy-See was swept up with Terry Cole-Whittaker in Religious Science until finding her way "home" at Christ Church Unity in 1988 becoming a Licensed Unity Teacher in 1997. For twenty-six years she has provided rooms for rent in her home and currently has six renters. Her love of music, especially singing, led her to be the producer of twelve Joy of Singing workshops. She is committed to personal growth having done innumerable workshops and courses - the Artist's Way being her favorite. Loving relationships and good communication are of utmost importance in her life. First and foremost is her relationship with God having a deep faith and love of all things Spiritual.

Al Hunsaker

He is retired from a career as a CPA, first with an international accounting firm and later in his own CPA Practice. He has had a lifelong interest in mechanized data processing and computers. In recent years, he has presented 38 programs called Camaraderie, Laughter & Fun: Unveiling the Joy of Computers to introduce senior citizens to computers.

He is also interested in personal growth and psychology and has taken numerous workshops on psychology, personal effectiveness and healthy relationships including Artist’s Way classes. For many years he has been active in a personal growth program called Re-evaluation Counseling and has taught classes and gave workshops for them. From 1991 to 1994, he was a Registered Counselor and had a small counseling practice.
